Shipping & Returns
All products are Made To Order, so please allow 2-3 weeks turnaround for the making of your order, before it is sent to you. I take pride in making my designs in small batches to ensure my quality of craftsmanship is at a high standard.
In some cases, I may have stock of popular designs ready to go when ordered, so if you are wanting something in a hurry, please contact me before placing your order to find out the turnaround time, as it may be ready sooner than the estimated Made To Order timeframe. Postage within Australia
Postage is FREE for all orders $100 and over, within Australia only.
Orders under $100 will be charged $9.00 postage.
All orders will be posted via Australia Post using Parcel Post with tracking.
Express Post is available and will be charged $12.00 postage.
CORONAVIRUS DELAYS IN AUSTRALIA
As Australia Post continue to experience delays to their postal service and it is changing week to week depending on what states are affected, please see their website for the most up to date information on turnaround times for parcel delivery.

Shipping outside of Australia
Orders being sent outside of Australia will be sent via Australia Post using Standard International Parcel Post with tracking.
Please see below for international shipping costs to New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom. If you are shipping to a different country, please contact me via email for pricing before placing an order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
New Zealand - $18 standard shipping with tracking
(estimated 6-12 business days due to COVID delays, not including custom delays)
United States - $24 standard shipping with tracking
(estimated 10-20 business days due to COVID delays, not including custom delays)
United Kingdom - $28 standard shipping with tracking
(estimated 9-15 business days due to COVID delays, not including custom delays)
If your order is over $100, there is the option to add insurance to your shipping for an extra fee. If you would like to add insurance, please contact me for pricing before placing your order.
Please choose carefully, as I am unable to offer refunds for a change of mind for earrings and studs. If for some reason your jewellery is found to be faulty, please contact me at email@example.com with details of the issue so I can rectify it as soon as possible for you.
